This does not mean that I will by any stretch not be running a tight ship however.[/color] Do you understand the purpose of the battalions under your command?: [color=#f39c12]Yes[/color] How will you help to make these battalions work together more effectively?: [color=#f39c12]I'll strive to prevent the experience of being in the 212th from being stagnant throw actively involving myself with troops through training exercises, tryouts[/color][color=#f39c12], etc.[/color] [color=#f39c12]I won't treat the 212th as being completely cut off from the rest of the forces as I'm aware of the importance of team work and will make sure my squads are able to work effectively and efficiently together, whether it be through group training or ensuring there is a friendly atmosphere in the battalion.[/color] Do you understand that you have a term limit of being Regimental Commander for two months when the server is established and that you may re-apply once your term is finished?: [color=#f39c12]Yes[/color] Do you understand that you cannot demote anyone in these said battalions and that you must use extreme caution when making reports?: [color=#f39c12]Yes[/color] Availability: [color=#f39c12]Active most, if not every day. If not online, will usually be on call, except throughout the middle of the day during weekdays. Usually available from 4pm-1am GMT[/color][color=#f39c12].
